Welcome to the Austin IBM i/z AI Meetup Group! This group is for enthusiasts interested in the intersection of IBM i/z technology, artificial intelligence, and software modernization. We will explore AI technology, discuss implications of AI for our legacy platforms, and network with like-minded individuals. Whether you are a beginner or an expert in the field, this group provides a platform to share knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends in AI specifically for the IBM i and IBM z platforms. Many of us also are coding in COBOL or RPG, or using CA 2E (Synon), CA Plex (Obsydian), CA Gen, or Lansa to generate code.
The idea is that we will have a meeting every other month, and will try to focus equally on either IBM Power Systems (IBM i / AS/400) or IBM Enterprise (IBM z).
