Add some variety to your running -- do some speed work on the track! Think you're slow? This is the best way to get faster. If it doesn't challenge you then it won't change you.

We encourage runners of all ability levels to join. You are not too slow! If you are even a little bit intimidated by the thought of running laps at the track we want to challenge you to find out just how awesome it actually is. You will feel great -- and exhausted -- guaranteed!

After the workout hang out for optional recovery refreshments.
