Abstract:
The best developers increase productivity of other developers and are force multipliers.

During this presentation, I'll walk through several examples of dev tooling I have added to our repository that has made my teammates more productive, including: custom eslint rules, codeshifts, devtool panels in our dev environments, preview environments, jest overview sites, tracking jest timing.
