¡Hola a todos(as)! Bienvenidos(as) al grupo de conversación en español en el que abordaremos mensualmente un tema propio del mes.

En esta ocasión “Febrero – Mes del Amor y la Amistad”, seguiremos repasando todos los tiempos verbales, iniciando con presente y futuro, y, posteriormente, hablando en pasado.

En la primera parte de la clase, hablaremos de los regalos típicos del Día de San Valentín y nuestros planes para este año, utilizando expresiones en presente y en futuro. (Si eres principiante y sólo conoces los tiempos presente y futuro, puedes unirte sólo a esta primera parte de la sesión.)

En la segunda parte, compartiremos anécdotas sobre los mejores regalos que hemos tenido en el pasado a la luz de los lenguajes de amor propuestos por Gary Chapman.

La sesión será principalmente en español, pero recurriremos al inglés para aclaraciones de vocabulario y pronunciación.

Hello everyone! Welcome to the Spanish Conversation Group in which we will discuss a topic related to the month.

This time “February – Month of Love and Friendship” we will continue reviewing all the tenses, starting with the present and the future and then moving to the past.

In the first part of the session, we will talk about typical gifts for Valentine’s Day and our plans for this year, using expressions in the present and the future. (If you are a complete beginner or you do not know the past tenses, you can leave the session at this point.)

In the second part, we will share anecdotes about the best gifts we have had in the past from the perspective of Gary Chapman’s proposal of Love Languages.

The session will be mainly held in Spanish, however, we will use English at times to clarify aspects of vocabulary and pronunciation.
