Sundays at 2 pm we meet to expand our social awareness, fulfill our connection needs and learn about parts of ourselves we might not have ever met.

**We have 8-16 people each week***

This is an opportunity to get together with other people who feel Empathic, Highly Sensitive, or Intuitive and share our experiences, and gain tools to dealing with these gifts! Its so common to hide, turn off, or disappear.

If connecting in engaging and authentic ways sounds both scary and fun for you this is a great opportunity for you. It’s common to run away from social situations, but we still have social needs! So we'll explore ways to get those needs filled.

Layout:
2-3 PM: Go over tricks and tools! Talk about what it means to be an Empathic, Highly Sensitive, or Intuitive and some ways to still create meaningful connection as someone who feels this way.

3-5 PM: Play some Authentic Relating games to explore this concept and meet new friends in the process.

4:45-ish: End

About the facilitator:
I'm Bonnie LeBaron and I'm dedicated to creating space for self-exploration through social mediums, especially for Empaths, Highly Sensitive People and Intuitive. I have gone from hiding from the world because I felt so empathic, to finding a happy balanced social life through Authentic Relating games and I am excited to share this amazing practice with you.

You can find us in the “Ceilo South” Room of Casa De Luz. Walk through the arches towards the back where the restaurant is, on your right there will be a playground and a stairway. We are the room just up the stairs!
