Whether your loss is new or years old, and whether you feel like talking about it or not, it is helpful to be around others who understand what you are going through. Let's get together in small, relaxed events, indoors and outdoors, and be present with each other.
This group is for any kind of grief or loss that you are experiencing, including death of a person or a pet, divorce or breakup. We share a common ground of going through something really difficult and isolating, that others don't necessarily understand, and all the secondary losses and changes that go with it.
