Kanako is a RevOps consultant with a strong backbone in Marketing Operations. Her experience in Ops for 8+ years covers not only Marketo management but goes beyond Salesforce and Marketo tech stack. She believes tech pieces are merely enablers of a bigger operational picture, and she's passionate about streamlining the processes, both from human and tech perspectives, for marketing, sales, and customer success organizations. Her favorite emoji are 🛠️ (hummer and wrench), 🪄 (magic wand), and 🥁 (drums).
Anna Haugen
CRM and Automation Consultant
I have been working in marketing operations for 7 years and am passionate about improving business processes, solving complex problems with durable/sustainable solutions, and leveraging new technologies. I have managed the MarTech stack across various industries and company sizes. Most recently, I supported Amazon’s go-to-market for Buy with Prime by managing the marketing operations strategy and was a core administrator for the largest Pardot instance in the world (224M records) with Amazon Business. I now work in the start up space within revenue operations and lifecycle marketing. In my free time, I am a Marketing Automation and CRM Consultant, avid runner, and probably can be found hiking/camping/skiing in the mountains.

Balkar Singh Rao is a Marketo Consultant with over 10 years of experience, having worked with 100+ Marketo customers in the past decade. He is a 5X Certified Expert Adobe Marketo Engage Practitioner. He is passionate about using Marketo to improve marketing and is driven to combine his curiosity & experience for improving performance metrics with the right solutions to achieve results. Balkar has trained numerous batches at Grazitti Interactive to use Marketo effectively, helping customers increase their adoption maturity and scale their marketing efforts efficiently.
In addition to his work, Balkar Singh Rao is an active member of the Marketo community and frequently writes about Marketing Automation. He is a part of the Adobe Community Advisor Class of 2023, where he plans to increase thought leadership in the industry. He also serves as a MUG Leader for the Chandigarh Chapter.
