Learning to Meditate: Freedom From Angry Emotions

Anger takes many forms, from irritation to rage, but it's always painful and destructive. Society often encourages it, viewing anger as a sign of passion or a driver of action. In contrast, Buddha offers a wisdom-based view; helping us to overcome this very painful state of mind, and eventually inspiring others to do the same.
Noreen Flack, Resident Teacher at KMC Austin will guide us through Buddha’s hallmark teachings on understanding and overcoming anger.
Location: Lodgewell Events, 2610 Manor Road, Austin, TX, 78722 (Next to Civil Goat Coffee Co., parking behind the building. Walk up the steps. Classroom on 2nd floor)
$12 regular, $6 students/seniors, free for supporters (Live streaming only available to members)
