In the pressures of modern life—constant demands, packed schedules, and the feeling of always needing
to keep up—our energy can quickly become depleted. When we’re not careful, physical and mental fatigue
take hold, leaving us overwhelmed and disconnected. Buddha taught many methods for inner healing that
help us restore balance, meet daily challenges with clarity, and move through life with greater sense of peace.

These Thursday evening classes are taught by Noreen Flack, Resident Teacher at KMC Austin.
