This session invites a powerful reframe:

What if ease didn’t mean less impact, but more aligned confidence and deeper power?
You’ll explore how to shift between flow and go as a conscious leadership strategy—not a survival response. When you master both, you reclaim your ability to lead with strength and softness, drive and intuition.

In this session, you will:

• Identify your default leadership mode, and how it may be serving or stalling your confidence
• Learn how to shift from “push” to “presence” without losing momentum
• Explore the difference between flow-based leadership (creativity, trust, alignment) and go-based leadership (action, output, performance)
• Practice tools to regulate energy, decision-making, and visibility across both modes of power
