2. Heart-Led Speed Networking
One-on-one conversations. 15 minutes each. You’ll walk away with 5–6 authentic connections — not contacts, but allies. No pitching. No pressure. Just meaningful, heart-centered dialogue rooted in your story and your mission.

3. Collective Reflection + Your Ask
We’ll close in community, with time for each woman to share her one ask — something she’s seeking, building, or calling in. This final round is a celebration of your voice, your vision, and your next brave step.

About Your Host - Wen Zhang
Wen Zhang is the Founder & CEO of INNW Institute, a global accelerator that helps entrepreneurs and women leaders craft their story, grow their influence, and secure funding. She's coached 100+ business leaders, helped raise over $53M, and spoken on stages like TEDx and SXSW.
She’s also a certified Dale Carnegie Leadership Communication Coach known for helping high-achieving women speak with confidence and clarity.
Before all of that? She was a girl in rural China who taught herself English with cassette tapes. Now, she helps other women rise, speak, and own their space through the power of storytelling.
