This September, our Leadership Workshop Night flips the script:
Instead of pitch decks or polished introductions, we’re bringing you an Improv Night—a laughter-filled evening where you can drop the pressure, silence the inner critic, and rediscover the joy of saying yes.

Forget “perfect.” Forget selling yourself. Forget the small talk.

This is about real connection, real laughter, and maybe even real lifelong friendships (yes, 60 minutes of improv can do that!).

• 60 minutes of playful improv games — no stage experience required, just bring your willingness to laugh.

Wen Zhang is a globally recognized speaker, executive coach, and founder of INNW Institute—a nonprofit and marketing firm dedicated to helping leaders be seen, heard, and funded through the power of strategic storytelling. She is also the creator of the LeadHERship™ Series, a global initiative designed to elevate women’s voices and help them lead from within.
