For Professionals: Healing Kids' Brains & Behaviors: An Introduction to TBRI®

Details

Do you serve kids or teens who have behavioral, emotional, or learning difficulties? Do any of the kids you serve have a history of family struggles, or other forms of adversity?

Do you wish that your team had the skills to better meet the behavioral, emotional, and learning needs of the kids you serve?

Join us on October 16th from 9am to 10am for a virtual event where we will learn how adversity changes the brain and causes traditional discipline and classroom management approaches to fail.

We will then learn how to meet the needs of these kids and effectively address challenging behaviors through an evidence-based approach called Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI)®.

TBRI® is an attachment-based, trauma-informed intervention that is designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children. TBRI® uses Empowering Principles to address physical needs, Connecting Principles for attachment needs, and Correcting Principles to disarm fear-based behaviors.

TBRI® is used worldwide in homes, residential facilities, group homes, schools, camps, schools, juvenile justice facilities, courts, with survivors of sex trafficking, in faith communities, courts, with law enforcement, in clinical practices and beyond, so if you work for an organization that serves kids, this training is for you!

If you’d like to learn how your team can better meet the emotional and behavioral needs of the kids you serve, we’d love for you to join us for this illuminating time of insight and encouragement. Sign up using the link below and please send me a message or email at info@nurturing-change.org with any questions!

See you soon!
