We are excited to partner with @reyes_performance_institute to put on this high level workshop on wrist and shoulder pain!
In this workshop we'll discuss:
1.) Potential causes of wrist and shoulder pain.
2.) Stretches and strengthening exercises to help decrease pain and prevent it in the first place.
3.) When to go see a physical therapist.
What to expect:
The workshop will last about an hour with time afterwards for questions and quick screenings to identify potential issues.
