Menopause is a time of transition and turbulence. Many women describe feeling like a stranger in their own skin — more anxious, more irritable, more foggy than they've ever been. Many are also juggling family, career, and caregiving responsibilities, while quietly wondering why they suddenly feel like they can't hold it all together the way they used to.

In this webinar, I'll walk you through the neurobiology of mood changes
during menopause — what's actually happening in your brain when estrogen shifts, why depression, anxiety, panic and rage are so common,
and we'll talk about what you can do to regain your footing.

We'll cover:
🌿 Estrogen and the Brain: Why Mood Changes
🌿How This Looks In Real Life: Depression, Anger,
Rage, and the Emotional Rollercoaster
🌿 What Helps: Evidence-Informed Approaches
🌿 The Benefits of Mindfulness Practice
🌿 Guided Meditation Practice

There will be some optional Q&A segments. We will close with a short
guided meditation. If this is something new or unfamiliar to you,
you don't have to participate, but I strongly encourage you to
lean in and give it a try.

This is for you if:
• You're in perimenopause or postmenopause and your mood
feels unpredictable.
• You've been told it's "just stress" but it feels like something more.
• You want real information — not just reassurance.
• You're curious about mindfulness but haven't known where to start.

Sunday, May 3rd at 12 pm CST.
In order to maintain a calm, uninterrupted space, entry will close 15 minutes after the start time.

I look forward to seeing you all there. Please reach out with any questions.
