π₯ It Takes More Than Creative Passion: Business Planning for the Creative Industry
This workshop offers an introduction to the key concepts of turning creative ideas into structured business plans. It is designed for independent musicians, visual artists, and other creative professionals who want to better understand how business planning can support their work. Participants will be introduced to the basics of defining a value proposition, identifying an audience, and considering different ways to generate income. The session will also touch on how understanding the market and clarifying goals can help guide creative decisions.
The workshop includes opportunities for discussion and reflection, encouraging attendees to think about how these ideas apply to their own creative projects. By the end, participants will have a starting point for approaching business planning in a way that supports both creativity and professional growth.
