How do you tell something is working while metrics are still catching up?

Product-Market Fit shows up in fragments before it becomes a story.

Customers return on their own. Usage settles into habit. Referrals appear unprompted. Sales cycles shorten. Support shifts from onboarding to deeper product behavior.

These signals surface before they converge. And different observers, looking at the same company, land on different answers depending on which signals they weight most.

That's what June's session is about.

We'll work through a sequence of real company cases inside a live PMF Market. Each table acts as an investment fund, making calls on what's working, what isn't, and what's too early to tell, then revisiting those calls as outcomes are revealed.

The session will be interactive. Participation is highly encouraged.
