This month's session explores capital strategy.

Every founder eventually reaches a moment where the numbers alone stop providing the answer.

The runway looks healthy, but growth has slowed. A competitor raises a massive round. Your largest customer leaves. An investor wants different terms. The market shifts while your company stays the same.

None of these events comes with a playbook.

Capital decisions are often discussed as if there is a correct answer: raise now, conserve cash, hire aggressively, pursue profitability. In reality, the same event can justify completely different decisions depending on the company.

That's what this session is about.

Each table will guide a different version of the same startup through a series of changing market conditions. As new developments unfold, teams will decide how to respond, defend their thinking, and compare their decisions with the rest of the room.

Rather than asking what founders should do, we'll examine why founders can arrive at different conclusions from the same set of events.

The session will be interactive. Participation is highly encouraged.
