After obtaining a PhD in Biochemistry at UT Austin and becoming a professor, Jarle founded Wild Bunch Brewing. Combining a deep theoretical understanding of how matter and energy works with a practical approach to how to make artisanal brews, Jarle delights and informs delights learners and drinkers alike. Brewing is an ancient practice that was widely valued but nonetheless mysterious until the modern era of physics, chemistry and biology.
