Walnut Creek Park Hike

Join us for a 3-mile easy paced walk through the Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park. The park contains shared use paths including paved bike paths, mountain bike paths, creek beds and off leash dog areas.
Recommended to bring water and sun protection as it will be hot.

OK to bring a well-behaved pet on leash. If problems arise, you and your pet will need to depart from the group.
If not already a member, we encourage you to join the Sierra Club (in addition to the Meetup group) and help protect the environment and our democracy.

The starting point is about a half a mile from the Lamar/Walnut Creek Park Bus Stop serviced by bus line 1.
The Sierra Club does not officially coordinate carpooling but it is encouraged.
