There are parts of this hike that are extremely steep with loose footing, so I would rate it Moderate to Difficult.
This is classic Hill Country canyon country. We will cover 2.5 to 3.5 miles.
Well behaved and leashed dogs are welcome.
The Sierra Club is not allowed to organize carpools but we highly recommend doing so. Many folks will rendez-vous north of the river somewhere. If you wish to drive or ride in a carpool, please leave a comment on the meetup page.
