Join us for the very first Austin Social Paddle Club meetup — a relaxed, beginner-friendly group paddle on Lady Bird Lake.

We’ll meet at EpicSUP and launch together at 10:30am. Please arrive by 10:00am so you are checked in, waivers signed, and ready to go.

This is an adult social paddle designed for connection, sunshine, and consistent time outdoors.

🌊 The Plan
• 10:00–10:25am: Arrival + shoreline introductions
• 10:30am: Group launch
• 60–90 minute social-paced paddle
• Mid-lake float + connection time
• Return to dock and optional lakeside lunch hang

We’ll wrap by 2:00pm.

Beginner friendly. No racing. No pressure.

🎟 What You Need
• 21+ only
• No pets
• No children
• Reserve a rental through EpicSUP in advance OR bring your own board
• Life jacket required (per lake rules)
• Water + sunscreen
• Packed lunch if staying after
• A wet bag is strongly encouraged to protect your phone and valuables

You must be rental-ready or board-ready by 10:30am. We will launch on time.

🍹 Alcohol Policy

This event is not centered around alcohol.

Discreet BYO is permitted at your own responsibility. Please be respectful, balanced, and prioritize safety. Sobriety is encouraged where necessary, especially for newer paddlers.

This is a paddle-first event — not a floating party.

Participants assume full responsibility for their own safety, equipment, and decisions. The organizer is not liable for injury, loss, or damages.
