New Tea Shop! Tea and Poetry at Lion's Den Tea

New Tea Shop Alert!

I am so excited - there is a new tea shop in town - Lion's Den Tea! Yay!

Join us on Jan 31st for some tea and poetry. Bring along a poem to share, can be yours or from your favorite poet. And if that doesn't appeal, feel free to just come for the tea.

I got to meet one of the owners, Onxy, and learn a little more about the tea shop origins and the kinds of tea they source, and I am excited to support a new tea shop in town.

Parking/Access: Lion's Den Tea is located at the bottom of a new apartment complex. At this moment, they are the only business in the building. The building and area are still undergoing some construction, so take your time finding the spot. There are guest/retail parking spots in the garage, and if those are full, you can park on Glissman.

• there are gender neutral bathrooms available
• the tea shop is on the first floor, no steps, so (hopefully) it will be easy to access. There is a small walk to get from the parking garage to the tea shop.
• there are some sweet treats available, but not really meals, so plan to eat before/after the event.
• there is low couch seating in the main area, some counter top height stools for seating as well as some tables and chairs. If you require additional modifications, please send me a private note, and I'll check with the venue to see what we can do!
