What we’re about

Rule#1 Don’t try to make sense out of crazy of you will go crazy.
Rule#2 is a metaphor: You must accept that the person you were in love with is dead and gone forever. (If you accept rule 2, you will quit breaking rule #1)

This Meetup group was created to support anyone going through the end of a romantic relationship, separation, or divorce. By now, depending on who you’ve turned to for comfort, you’ve probably discovered that most friends and family members lack the empathy you need—or worse, offer judgmental suggestions about how you “should” be handling your situation.

This group is your safe place. It is a place to share, process, and learn—free from shame, and full of real support. It’s a place to avoid further abuse and navigate heartbreak with compassion.

We’re also connected to a massive online divorce support community, which we introduce our members to at each meeting. There are tons of free resources: websites, books, videos, and tools to help you heal.

If your heart is broken for any other reason, you are still welcome here.

One thing we hear often is:
“I’m not sure if I’m in the right group.”
If you’re asking that question…
you are in the right group. 😊
Thank you for joining us. We’re committed to walking alongside you during this difficult season.
