Why do so many capable, intelligent people feel “not good enough”?
This live online webinar explores the psychology behind low self-esteem and the quiet ways it shapes how we think, relate to others, and make decisions.
If you often:

  • doubt yourself or compare yourself to others
  • worry about being judged
  • hold yourself back or “play small”
  • feel capable of more, but stuck

this session will help you understand why — and what you can start doing differently.

### What to expect

This is a practical, psychology-based webinar, not a motivational talk.
During the session, Joanna will:

  • explain what “feeling not good enough” really is (and what it isn’t)
  • show how low self-esteem shows up in everyday life
  • guide you through one simple, evidence-based technique she has found most effective for improving self-esteem
  • help you leave with clarity and a realistic next step

The technique shared in the webinar is free and valuable on its own.
