Video call etiquette:

To ensure confidentiality and privacy, please choose a private room in your home and if possible, please use headphones. This assures your fellow group members that they are not being overheard by others and ensures the best audio quality. Please be aware of your background and background noise as well.

Please be aware of your "open mic". If you need to step away from your keyboard, just turn off your camera and mute your microphone. You may also leave a brief note in the chat window to let us know you'll be right back, “BRB”.

Please dress and groom yourself appropriately for the video call. Be aware of lighting. If you are backlit, we will not be able to see your wonderful face. Please do not do anything on video that you wouldn’t do in person.
