What do you, Einstein, Maya Angelou, and Olympic athletes have in common? The brightest minds across centuries have suffered from a very human phenomenon known as imposter syndrome. Kevin will share stories throughout his UX research career, dissect what it means to feel like an imposter and why it isn’t always a bad thing, and give some practical advice for embracing this uncomfortable feeling and redirecting the energy into a productive means of amplifying yourself as a UX leader.
