Hope you all are having a great New Year so far. I am super excited to announce our next Austin UX Book Club on Wednesday, February 7th at 6 PM CST via Zoom where we'll be going over Will Guidara's Unreasonable Hospitality part 1.
The book is essentially about service design in the restaurant industry and I am really excited to have a discussion on the topic.
The chapters we'll be covering is as follows:
