Arduino / Raspberry Pi / Micro Controller Build Days

Details

Well, after a bit of break for this meeting, let's get going again.

I have booked Room #2 at Twin Oaks Library for Tuesday, February 7, 5:30pm to 7:45 pm to hold an in-person meetup for those interested. If you can't make it right at 5:30pm, feel free to arrive when you can.

This event will be more like a "build night" than an Arduino 101 class. That said, if you are new to Arduino and would like help getting started, please come out and I'll help you get started. If you're more experienced and have an Arduino (or other microcontroller) project that you're working on, bring that and work on it for a couple hours and hang out with other Arduino enthusiasts. If you're stuck on something, I'll try to do what I can to get you unstuck.

What to bring:

  • A laptop. If you don't have a laptop available, I can provide one with a couple of days notice.
  • The Arduino IDE, installed on that laptop. If you need assistance installing the IDE, I can help with that. The current version of the IDE is 2.0.3. That version or any previous version will probably work. I don't have any experience with the web IDE, but we could try it together if there is interest.
  • An Ardunio board, if you have one. I can supply a few for people who may not have one.
  • Your project, if you have one.

Parking is free.
