Hardware Review and AIoT Open Discussion

Details

This is an in person meetup at Capital Factory in room Johnny Five on the first floor. Parking validations will be available for $7.00 parking in the basement of the Omni Hotel.

Join us this month as Dave Brixius reviews a few popular and inexpensive development boards you can use for your AI and IoT projects.

Included will be the Arduino Nano RP2040, and the ESP32-S3-DevKitC (with BLE 5). Dave will also be bringing a cool blinky demo he made using an older Node MCU V3 board and some led's, and will review the code used for it.

Dave will also be bringing an ESP-EYE ESP32 board, which has an onboard camera and can be used for facial recognition on the edge.

All of these boards are programmable using the Arduino, or vscode IDE's.

Following the demo, we will have an open discussion on all things AI and IoT. Bring your projects and your questions, or just come to hang out and talk tech!
