I’ve spent the last 9 years causing (the good kind of) trouble in the Atlassian ecosystem, including 2 great years as an Atlassian Community Champion <3, and I recently “went native” by joining Atlassian as a Principal Implementations Architect.

These days I live in Service Collection and Teamwork Collection, with a serious soft spot for Jira Service Management (JSM), Rovo, Jira Product Discovery, and just enough analytics to prove that the wild ideas actually work. I love teaming up with anyone who’s open to building truly awesome solutions and will happily nerd out about governance, best practices, and turning messy problems into incredible outcomes.
