We visit
-Family-owned, holistically managed, regenerative farms and ranches
-Independently owned slaughterhouses, meat packing facilities, and butcher shops

We experience
-"Nose-to-tail" eating and buying
-Butchery, sausage making, curing, high meat fermentation, and dairy processing workshops
