This Month we'll be hosting Terry Hoff, senior Solutions Engineer at Talend, who will be speaking about consuming real-time video streams using Spark and Kafka.
The Amazon office is located up north by the Domain at 11601 Alterra Parkway (not to be confused with our 2nd building at 11501 Alterra). There is an attached parking garage with free parking. When you arrive, take the elevator to the 5th floor and check in with security.

Speaker Bio: Terry Hoff is a Senior Solutions Engineer for Talend. He has been working for Talend since April 2011. He works with the sales team to demonstrate Talend’s different products, as well as helps with proof of concepts. He has been working in the computer industry since 1990 and started programming in COBOL. He graduated from Texas A&M. In his spare time, he likes to play volleyball and soccer, ride his road bike and even has done a few triathlons.
