Please join Spiritus 8 Founder Stephenie Purnell and Oliver Haisken this Labor Day Weekend in Austin, Texas for a Holotropic Breathwork® and Optional Trance Movement™ Workshop. Together we will take a journey into expanded states of consciousness through ancient technologies of Movement and Breath.

Holotropic Breathwork® is a powerful approach to self exploration and radical self-empowerment. Integrating insights from anthropology, psychedelic research, transpersonal and depth psychologies, Eastern spiritual practices, and mystical traditions of the world, Holotropic Breathwork® combines accelerated breathing with evocative music. As the process unfolds, the "inner healer" manifests therapeutic wisdom which transcends any knowledge that can be derived from cognitive understanding or psychotherapy. Integrating this wisdom moves participants toward positive transformation and wholeness.

Trance Movement™ is a profound healing and transformative practice which radically self-empowers participants to access their own innate inner healing intelligence and reach their fullest potential. Combining psychology, neurobiology, somatic therapies, and healing traditions from around the world, Trance Movement™ utilizes breath, movement, sensory deprivation, and sound to facilitate expansion of consciousness and deep, trance-like states. In these states, healing forces in the psyche and body are mobilized.
