Laugh Out Loud in the Library! Join Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher Simone for Laughter Yoga, a body-mind practice that began in Mumbai, India, more than 30 years ago, and is practiced in over 100 countries worldwide.
Through group exercises using unconditional laughter, deep yogic breathing, grounding movement, and a lot of fun, we use our bodies to help relax and quiet our minds, lower our stress, and bring more oxygen to our brains.
Laughter Yoga is an inclusive practice for all ages and abilities.
Adults, seniors, youth, and families with children are very welcome. This is also a wheel-friendly class.
Bring a bottle of water to drink. Leave your yoga mats at home!
