===BEGIN UPDATE===

The event starts at 2pm, and we'll begin by forming the teams. You can pick whether you want to work on the infrastructure system software, the game applications, the educational content, or the web design. There's plenty to do! :-)
We will have a Participant's Guide ready for you to help manage the work and stay focused. If you're running late, let us know, and you can always join a team once you get there.

The organizers will bring pizza, water and some snacks. You are invited to bring more snacks and sodas for everyone. We expect 15 to 20 people.
The organizing team will also bring plates, napkins and cups. We will plan a 20 minute cleaning session at the end of the event.
