Beverage Subgroup: TacoPHPocalypse Edition

It's been a week, and all eyes are on PHP. Seems like a good time to get the local community together and commiserate...and maybe start back up the tradition of the AustinPHP Beverage Subgroup.

To ensure folks have more of a choice of drinks, we'll have this one at the Torchy's closest to where our in-person meetups are (the Mueller one). Whether you want alcohol, not-alcohol, or just tacos and queso, Torchy's has some options for you.

I'll (Ian) grab chips and queso/salsa sufficient for whoever shows up; tacos and drinks are buy-your-own unless a sponsor materializes between now and Monday.
