The Austin Python Meetup Monthly Meetup

For our inaugural meetup of 2019, we'll be joined by Dr. Travis Oliphant, the creator of NumPy, SciPy, and co-founder of Anaconda. He'll be talking about the latest work he's been doing at his new company Quansight (https://www.quansight.com/), around new array interfaces for Python, the xnd library (https://xnd.io/) and inter-op with various pydata libraries and sparse matrices. Quansight is also sponsoring this meetup, because they are currently hiring!

The Capital Factory is now offering discounted parking in the Omni Parking lot. If you park after 5 p.m. it is just $7 dollars for the night. Just remember to grab a validation ticket from Capital Factory staff.
