About the Guest Speakers:

Jordon Olson has been in the real estate business for over fifteen years throughout Canada and the United States. Jordon started out in the early nineties in the construction industry. Originally starting his investing career in Canada purchasing quick turn projects, rental properties as well as commercial property, raw land and building spec homes in golf course communities. Successfully closing several rehab deals in Seattle and out of state in Indianapolis, California, and Tennessee is one of many strategies for doing business. Jordon diversifies by investing in mobile homes, creating notes, lending private and hard money, and subject to’s, rentals and flips. The focus of his business model was to invest passively so after due diligence and research Jordon started buying rental properties out of state. With the help of a turnkey business with whom he still buys properties from today: has built a significant portfolio. Today, he lives with his family in Austin, TX and serves as an Executive and V.P. of Client Relations with the Flipping Pros.
