Join us for rejuvenating morning of hiking and standing meditation! This social event is perfect for entrepreneurs and anyone seeking fresh air, mindfulness, and community. We’ll hike a scenic 3-mile round trip through Brushy Creek Regional Trail, immersing ourselves in nature’s beauty.

During the second half of the hike, we’ll pause for a 30-minute standing meditation practice, a powerful mindfulness technique. In this practice, you’ll maintain a standing tree posture while focusing on your breath, body sensations, or a point of concentration. Drawing from meditation and yoga principles, standing meditation enhances mental clarity, reduces stress, and promotes physical balance—ideal for busy entrepreneurs looking to manage stress and boost focus. Agenda:

  • 9:00 AM – Arrive and gather
  • 9:10 AM – Introductions and group welcome
  • 9:20 AM – Begin hiking (3 miles round trip, moderate pace, suitable for all levels)
  • 10:45 AM – Standing Meditation group practice (30 minutes, guided session)
  • 11:45 AM – Conclude hiking and wrap up

This event offers a unique blend of physical activity and mindfulness, fostering well-being and connection. No prior meditation or hiking experience is needed—just bring an open mind and a willingness to unwind!
What to Bring:

  • Comfortable hiking shoes
  • Water bottle and a light snack
  • Weather-appropriate clothing (check the forecast for April 26)
  • Optional: A small mat or towel for standing meditation

This hiking is not for people who rarely exercise - it's medium difficulty. Hike at your own risk.
