To celebrate World Friendship Day, Empowered Acro's weekly beginner class is $10 & bring a friend for free. Come experience the joy of shared movement among friends: old and new!
This beginner-friendly acroyoga class will focus on fundamental techniques for partner balances. Participants will work together in small groups to practice basing, flying, and spotting introductory poses. You'll be amazed by what you can do after just one session, and walk away with fun photos of your accomplishments.
