First Annual August Meetup

Did you think we forgot about you? Well we didn't...we actually love you more than ever. That's why we're coming at you with our first ever August AWPUG meetup.

If you thought it was hot outside, just wait until you feel the hotness that is Dave McClain schooling you with a guide on getting started with Django. Whether you're new to the scene or you're still maintaining that Django 0.90 site, you're gonna learn something. We're still working on a 2nd presentation (aka we need volunteers!) so watch this space for updates.

As usual, we'll have food & beer & cool kids to chat with starting at 6:30PM at the Texas Tribune office, on the 2nd floor of the 823 Congress building. The talks will start at 7:03 PM. We'll head to a fine drinking establishment afterwards to continue the conversation.

Finally, and most importantly, if you have ideas on some non-pizza food you're hankering for, please give @awpug a tweet.
