About us

This group is for people interested in learning Tai Chi as a mindful movement practice for balance, breathing, stability and long-term wellbeing.

Many people think Tai Chi is just slow exercise, but when practiced properly it becomes a powerful method for improving balance, mobility awareness and calm.

Workshops and classes are led by Grandmaster Gary Khor and Master Aaron Khor from the Australia Academy of Tai Chi. All suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.

Events will be hosted across different cities including Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Perth and beyond.
