Dear Austrians,

The Coffee Industry in Latin America

Our esteemed guest at the next Austrian Economics Salon will be Jorge C. Rubio, a Coffee Entrepreneur from El Salvador, Bitcoin country.

Jorge is a third-generation Salvadoran coffee producer and an avid Bitcioner. After education in the U.S. and Europe, he started his career at the World Bank/IFC, and moved on to senior finance roles at HQ Microsoft Corporation in Seattle. He returned to El Salvador and focused on specialty coffee from passionate plantation owners, as the Founder of the BioKrop Project X Tierra Bendita.

It is a Friday, so this will be a relaxed Salon starting already at 6pm c.t. I look forward to our subsequent Socratic Debate.

We meet, as usual, in the "Hayek Saal" at Vienna's Hayek Institute.
