### Event Description

If you understand your attachment patterns but still feel stuck repeating them, this session is for you.
This 60-minute Meetup is a grounded introduction to Integrated Attachment Theory (IAT) — a nervous-system–informed approach to understanding how attachment patterns show up in real time and what allows them to change over time.
This is not therapy and not a deep-dive workshop.
It’s an orientation — designed to help you make sense of your reactions, clarify what’s actually happening when your system is activated, and leave with a more accurate map for growth.

#### In this session, we’ll explore:

  • Why insight alone doesn’t change attachment patterns
  • How the nervous system shapes thoughts, reactions, and relationships
  • What “earned secure attachment” really means (and what it doesn’t)
  • The difference between managing patterns and retraining them

No personal sharing is required. Listening counts as participating, and pacing is always respected.
This session stands on its own. If the framework resonates, you’ll have the option to continue exploring in future Meetups — with no pressure to do so.
You’re welcome to join exactly as you are.
