Authentic Belonging | Relational Practice Circle

An Evening of Authentic Relating, Attunement and Connection

✨ What becomes possible when authenticity and belonging meet?

This circle is an invitation to slow down, arrive more fully in yourself, and explore genuine connection with others.

Together we’ll create a space rooted in play, supported by clear boundaries, and open to depth.

Through Authentic Relating games, Circling and guided group explorations, we practice attunement, deep listening, honesty, and embodied presence.

You are invited to:
• connect with yourself and others in new ways
• practice deep listening and authentic expression
• explore what it feels like to stay connected to yourself while relating
• cultivate greater presence, attunement, and belonging

These circles are for people who are curious about exploring themselves and others through authentic connection. While meaningful friendships often grow naturally from this work, the focus is on relational practice rather than socializing. Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to move beyond small talk will make the experience richer for everyone.

No previous experience is needed.

The circle is held by Manuela, a systemic coach and facilitator trained in Authentic Relating, Heart IQ, TEPP, and other relational and embodiment-based approaches. (Learn more at authentic-belonging.com)
