Hey lovely people!
You're invited to join us for a simple, informal group meditation in the English Garden at 11:00 AM. Beginners are welcome, along with longtime meditators who enjoy keeping it simple!
If you've tried meditation before on your own but never experienced group meditation - there's something different about meditating in a group that many people find inspiring and valuable. I hope you will come out and join us to experience it.
After Meditation:
If you’d like, we can head to Seehaus beer garden to relax and soak in the sun.

📍 Meeting Point: Bus stop Hirschauer Straße (one stop from Chinesischer Turm towards Isar)

⏰ Please arrive before 11 AM, we'll head to the meditation location on time.

### ✨ About the Meditation
We'll practice for about 30 min, that will include guided intro, silent meditation and outro to help us get grounded together. We might add some movement to the practice as well.
Before and after we'll have some time for any questions and/or to share some thoughts on the experience with the group.
There are no religious affiliations—this is simply a space for presence and connection.

I’m a certified coach & mindfulness teacher dedicated to helping people thrive in work, life, and relationships. My background includes:

✔️ Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkley)
✔️ 15+ years as an expat (USA, UK, China, Germany)
