What we’re about

This group is intended to support and encourage the building of a community in which neurodivergent women with ADHD, AuDHD, and ASD can unmask and form authentic friendships. A key hallmark of neurodiversity is often navigating things like rejection sensitivity dysphoria, or emotional impermanence (out of sight, out of mind), or especially for those of us in Perimenopause, reduced bandwidth relating to energy, motivation, and mood.
Have you found that forming and maintaining friendships can be difficult because of these factors? I certainly have. I’m seeking to build real relationships with other women in which we can stop feeling like we’re trying to fit the mold of a square in a circle peg, so to speak, and connect just as we are, without apology, minimizing needs, or masking limitations and capabilities.
This group is ideally for women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who are either diagnosed with neurodivergence or believe they are neurodivergent.
