This session, we will connect with our inner child, the part of us that holds the key to our earliest emotional experiences, beliefs, and wounds. Through reflective discussion, we will focus on healing old patterns, releasing limiting beliefs, and cultivating a loving relationship with ourselves.
- What does the term "inner child" mean to you, and how do you perceive its presence in your life?
- What unmet needs or emotional wounds from childhood do you think might still affect you today?
- How do you currently respond to feelings of fear, sadness, or frustration, and what would your inner child need in those moments?
- What memories or experiences from your childhood stand out as pivotal in shaping who you are today?
- How would you describe the relationship you have with your inner child? Is it nurturing, distant, or critical?
- What qualities or behaviors do you think a loving parent would offer to a child, and how can you embody those for yourself?
- Are there specific triggers or situations in your life that bring out reactions rooted in your inner child?
I understand this may be a very sensitive topic for some of you. Please keep in mind that this is not a professional therapy session. We will have some deep, meaningful conversations about this, however only share what you are comfortable with. This session provides a platform for us to connect and share valuable experiences in our own healing journeys.
