***Authentic Man Project™ Focus Group*** was established in 2018 and meets fortnightly at two locations (Park Orchards and North Fitzroy) throughout the year (except during school holidays), and strives to serve the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being of men. We create opportunities for men to reacquaint themselves with their essentially masculine nature, and to express what they find in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
Our experience tells us that by hearing the stories of other men, we often discover that we face common questions even as we navigate our different journeys. We come away from our encounters with other men enriched by the experience, enjoying a deeper clarity within ourselves about who we really are beneath the hustle and chaos of modern life.
Through our meetings, in the company of a few good men in their common search of deeper meaning, you are offered the opportunity to explore your own framework and personal experience of being a man, in your relationships and today’s world, without judgement or condemnation.

Facilitator Graham Hocking brings a compassionate focus to the unique challenges faced by men today to support overcoming isolation, loneliness, confusion, anxiety and separation. By exploring healthy models of masculinity, men are liberated by learning to embrace the richness of their innate human potential, recover the fullness of their integrity, and integrate the necessary insights to restore their essential well-being.
